Oh, perfect. Stephen was going to be my suggestion, so you fully beat me to the punch there.

[If she's irritated about not having been looped in, it doesn't show. It's possible that she isn't, given her different (or nonexistent) baggage. It's a logistical problem, and those can be solved. Usually.]

Julius is right that it's better you tell us yourself rather than having it come out because there's a problem. Would it have been better sooner? Yeah, maybe, but also you're telling us now. We don't currently have a head of diplomacy, so I think you can probably get by with telling me, Yseult and Rowntree for now. Since Julius already knows, that's a diplomacy liaison if we need one, and to be honest with you, I'd assume anything that Julius and Rowntree both know, Madame de Cedoux knows or will shortly.

[For better or worse, she supposes; she doesn't know if Ness knows Petrana, but it's probably useful for her to have the heads up.]

Based on your practice so far, how likely do you think an accident is? Something slipping out of your control, either here in the Gallows or under pressure in a combat situation? I don't need you to be 100% sure, just estimate for me.
